A passenger, Krishna Murari Pandey, missed his Vande Bharat train to Garhwa Road from Tata due to the 10-hour delay of the Itwari-Tatanagar Express (Train number 18110). He boarded the Itwari Express on October 5th night to reach Tata by 8:20 PM, hoping to catch the 5:30 AM Vande Bharat train....

However, the Itwari Express reached Tata at 6:10 AM, making him miss his train. He claims this is the worst state of train services he has seen and has written to the Railway Minister, Ashwini Vaishnaw, about the issue, specifically highlighting the delay caused by the Itwari Express being stopped for over 2 hours at Kharsawan Outer Signal to allow three freight trains to pass. The Itwari Express was already delayed by 5 hours from its scheduled departure time from Goilkera.

8:20 PM tha, taaki unhe 5:30 AM wala Vande Bharat train pakad sake. Par Itwari Express 6:10 AM pe Tata pahuchi, jisse unka train chhoot gaya. Unka kehna hai ki yeh train service ki sabse buri halat hai jo unhone kabhi dekhi hai. Unhone Railway Minister, Ashwini Vaishnaw ko letter likh kar yeh issue raised kiya hai, khass kar Itwari Express ki 2 ghante se zyada ki der ko highlight kiya hai, jo Kharsawan Outer Signal pe hui, jab teeno freight train ko pass kiya gaya. Itwari Express pehle hi Goilkera se 5 ghante der se chali thi.
