The basic concept is to have the patch doubling i.e. doubling it by avoiding the bridGES.Without bridges it should not take much time.after the doubling trains from NBQ side can come uninterruptedly upto NOQ,from New baneshwar to NCB,NCB TO GUMANIHAT.Aftr that a small section of NQH-BYXA,THEN FROM JPE uninterruptedly onward.So trains from KNE side can come with ease upto JPE.So much problem will be solved.My hopes are on the NQH-MAYNAGURI ROAD JN-NEW CHANGRABNDHA-MATHABHANGA-NEW COOCHBEHAR-GOLAKGANJ-FAKIRAGRAM section of maynaguri-jogighopa rail link.That will help in by-passing the freights through that line.Some of the not so important trains,specials can be routed also.Then the pressure on NJP-JPE-NCB-SMTA will be reduced considerably.
