Reference : Blog Entry #1367734 and Blog Entry#1366085 relating to the functioning of Indian Railways Fleet Monitoring System
Subject: Suggestions and Views are required for the following Idea described by me regarding installation of "Sensor controlled by Satellite" in all Generator Cars of Rajdhani, Duronto and Shatabdi for transmitting all updates when the train is moving
My Idea:
Presently the "Vaccum Circuit Breaker/Main Circuit...
more... Breaker"(VCB) of 40 3 Phase Locomotives are connected with the "Remote Server" of "Indian Railways Fleet Monitoring System".(Already described in the blogs given as reference). These locos are mostly WAP 7s and very few WAG 9s. Now my idea is to "Install a sensor" in the "Generator Car" of all Rajdhani, Shatabdi and Duronto Express which can also be capable of giving "Data" to the "Remote Server" of "Indian Railways Fleet Monitoring System". Now if any WAP 7 (Out of the WAP 7s connected with the "Remote Server" of "Indian Railways Fleet Monitoring System") takes the charge of concerned "Rajdhani", "Shatabdi" or "Duronto" Express, the "Sensor" of the "Generator Car" can give the information of that WAP 7's Loco Number, Shed and also the Loco hauling Which train(i.e Train No, Up/Down, Originating and Destination stations, train type i.e Raj, Shat or Drnt) and we can know that the "Particular WAP 7" is hauling which train and it's train no, up/down origin and destination stations from the Website of Indian Railways Fleet Monitoring System/Remote Diagnostic System. We can also see the "Map View" of that train and it's "Present Location" from the Website of Indian Railways Fleet Monitoring System/Remote Diagnostic System as per the data sent by the Generator Car of that train to the "Remote Server" of "Indian Railways Fleet Monitoring System".
As presently we can't get the "Train Details" from the website of "Indian Railways Fleet Monitoring System"(It is the technical data of the WAP 7 which is under the control of "Indian Railways Fleet Monitoring System" and whose Panto is up and "Vaccum Circuit Breaker" is switched on from which all the data of the Loco is sent to the "Remote Server" of "Indian Railways Fleet Monitoring System")
Please note that "The Sensor" as suggested will be installed in the EOGs of both the sides of all Rajdhani, Duronto and Shatabdi. This sensor also function as "Black Box" of any 3 Phase Loco or Aircraft in case of any incident like Derailment, Fire, head on collision etc.
