"Narrate to me EXACTLY what happenned before I decide if I can take your case up" cried the lawyer who had been approached in my endeavour to sue the catering department of the CST division of Central Railways.
"My train had a brief halt at Panvel" I began "and the train was taken in on a platform which looked like the step-brother of the other platforms around. I mean how can you have those posh looking platforms for the locals while re-directing the long distance... "
"I...
more... beg your pardon but I was informed that this has to do with the catering department. Am I missing something?"
"Uhmm.. I was just giving a background.. anyways.. so yeah bored by the pantry of KeSK I rushed out to get something to eat. 'Veg Sandwhich', as they called it, was the only prominent eatable available besides junk."
"Available where?"
"The counter. Right outside the coach".
"A'right. So where's the issue?"
"The issue is with the sandwhich"
"With the sandwhich? Was it spoilt? Was it poisoned?", the brows tightened.
"No! Absolutely not, its about the recipe!"
"The recipe?"
"Yes, you see the collection of veggies and bread there? That's my recipe! When I was 7, I always used to sneak into the kitchen, get some bread slices out, pull out those cucumber and tomato slices off the salad plate and pour over it some chutney to make nearly the same sandwhich. Just than mine used to tend to be more presentable and mostly worth swollowing down the glottis, qualities some which maybe this one lacks, but essentially it was the same recipe! Its a clear cut case of a stolen recipe, a strong manifestation of recipe plagiarism!" I protested in a soft but stern voice.
The lawer sighed heavily, looked out for a glass of water, leaned forward to pick it up but then decided against it, got off the couche and stormed off the door slamming it right at my face. I'm not sure what went wrong there, but to all those sitting in the catering department, let me tell you, you can't get away with my recipe! I'll get back to you! Just wait..
