This Loco has the Cabin Interior as 3-Phase Locomotives like the Cab Lights, Seat etc I think.

Completely true. But don't know will it happen or NOT..........
SER is a Complete Freight Zone and for that they have been allotted WAG-9/9H to TATA but chances of WAP-7 allotment in SER is very minimal as it has a "Special Interest" in Tap Changers for Mail/Exp and happy to drive Orthodox Locos for Mail/Exp since ages. This Rule is less likely to be changed unless any major change in"Org Hierarchy" is made in SER's Electrical/Mechanical Dept/GM level to induct 3-Phaser for mail/exp of SER originating ex HWH and other junctions of this Zone.

Yes thats right. Sometimes it feels like SER wants their largest WAP home SRC to be completely WAP 4 accompanied. Only WAP 4 allowed. No other locos allowed.
now what SER do when CLW has stopped production of all conventional locos.
CLW only manufacture energy efficient environment friendly regenerative braking system IGBT 3 phase locomotives WAP5, WAP7 and WAGHi total 950 locos approx will manufacture in 2016 this is large numbers soo many ELS get now 3 phase locomotives. WAP4 production is stopped now so SER also get WAP7 in future and this good news

It will take a decade in SER.. SER is least bothered about passengers..
Trains like mas mail, cstm mail, hwh-adi sf exp badly needs WAP7 due to their halt pattern..
