more... august onwards 'tejas' brand of trains will be started. it will be initially on short distance routes (3-4 hours) like Mumbai-Pune and will later be extended to longer routes. also, Over night DD (Uday), faster than rajdhani 'Humsafar' and antyoday will be started in august.
also talks about laying of underground tracks between CST and Churchgate, starting of AC locals and laying of tracks between Ahmednagar-beed-Parli, wardha-Yavatmal-Nanded, Pune-Nashik, MMR-DHI-INDB, Lonad-Baramati, Vaibhavwadi-Kolhapur, gadchandur-Adilabad, wadsa-Gadchiroli, and Nagpur-Nagbhid with co-op of State government.
