* Weekly NZM-CSTM is surviving just because, it is privileged to have Rajdhani rake, speed and priority but spared from the Flexi fares. It is much cheaper option than flexifare ridden shorter routed and faster Rajdhani via Ratlam.(ACIII 2577/- against 1670/-, ACII 3828/- against 2424/-)
* This rajdhani with flexifares will be 4-5 hrs longer as well as costlier than WR Rajdhani, and much less preferred. One rake can do biweekly job on CR route against triweekly on WR route.

more... 2-3 years when W-DFC is commissioned and BCT-NDLS route upgradation to 160kmph. Journey time is expected to come down to 12 hrs. A 19 hr routed CR Raj cannot compete with such super Rajs on WR route. Many LHB SFs like SKs, Swaraj etc shall do BCT to NDLS in less than 19 hrs on WR.
* Let Mumbai have Rajs only via WR route, Raj type train (say Duronto) may be introduced on CSTM-NK-BSL-BPL-JHS-GWL-AGC giving overnight connectivity between CSTM/NK with BPL/JHS/GWL/AGC which will e about 17 hr journey
