These kind of mismanagement have made IR what is today. An accident almost Daily in IR maybe be Freight or Passenger carrying train. Total system have collapsed. Passengers are fearing to travel in trains because of daily accidents happening in IR.
I think CAG needs to audit LHB Production also....is there some compromise done to quality? ?? Because the way an LHB Antodaya coach capsized in latest coromondel exp derailment needs investigation. OR Is it LHB Coaches really fit for 130kmph , 160kmph? Or some kind of political pressure on RDSO to issue such fit certificates? ???? Investigation required i think.
