The cancellation of popular trains like the Unchahar Express (to Chandigarh), Haridwar Express (to Rishikesh), and Prayag-Bareilly Express (to Bareilly) has left passengers with limited options, as other trains to these destinations have long waiting lists. Refunds for online tickets will be automatically credited to the account, while those who purchased tickets from the counter will need to receive their refunds at the reservation counter. The Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Prayagraj Division, Amit Kumar Singh, stated that train cancellations are a yearly occurrence due to fog, but the number of trains canceled this year has been reduced compared to previous years.

Unchahar Express (Chandigarh jaane wali), Haridwar Express (Rishikesh jaane wali), aur Prayag-Bareilly Express (Bareilly jaane wali) ki cancellation ki wajah se passengers ke paas limited options reh gaye hain. Dusri trains pe already bahut lambi waiting list hai. Online tickets ka refund aapke account mein automatically aa jaayega, lekin counter se tickets lene walon ka refund reservation counter se hi milega. Prayagraj Division ke PRO, Amit Kumar Singh ne kaha ki har saal fog ki wajah se kuchh trains cancel hoti hain. Is saal pehle ke saalon ki tulna mein, cancel ki jaane wali trains ki number kam ki gayi hai.
