Passengers struggled to find space on the footboard and near the toilets. Following this, the Kathgodam-Howrah Bagh Express arrived at 2:17 pm, and due to overcrowding, even regular passengers were seen travelling in the disabled compartment.

Ravivaar ko din mein 12:07 baje Saharsa-Amritsar Jansadharan Express Bhatni Junction ke platform number chaar par pahunchi to khachakhach bhari thi. Yaatri paaydaan aur toilet ke paas jagah banane ke liye jhujte nazar aaye. Iske baad 2.17 minute par Kathgodam-Hawaada Bagh Express pahunchi to bheed ke chalte saamaany log bhi divyang bogi mein safar karte nazar aaye.
