The 12003 Shatabdi Express from Lucknow Junction to Delhi was delayed by three hours on Wednesday, and the 12004 Shatabdi Express from New Delhi to Lucknow Junction was delayed by 4.26 hours, resulting in its rescheduling. The 12429 AC Express from Charbagh to Delhi was delayed by 1.25 hours, and the 12430 AC Express from Delhi to Charbagh was delayed by 2.5 hours. The 82501 Tejas Express, India's first corporate train, from Lucknow Junction to Delhi was delayed by three hours and 50 minutes, while the 82502 Tejas Express from New Delhi to Lucknow Junction was delayed by three hours and 20 minutes. Trains to Chandigarh, Dehradun, Kathgodam, and Jammu were also delayed, causing inconvenience to thousands of passengers.
