हरियाणा में फिर दौड़ेगी शेषनाग मालगाड़ी, ये होंगे 14 नए रेलवे स्टेशन, देखें पूरी जानकारी

The Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL) has completed the construction of 14 new railway stations along the freight corridor between Sahnewal and Pilkhni near Saharanpur. These stations are exclusively for freight trains and will be staffed by over 100 employees working in shifts to monitor the 24-hour freight...

train operations. Multi-modular logistics hubs will be established at these stations to facilitate freight handling. The DFCCIL is also planning to conduct another trial run of the 'Shesha Nag' freight train, this time with the aim of increasing its speed for faster and more efficient transportation. The trial run will be conducted by a team from the safety department to monitor the train's performance and identify areas for improvement. Following this, the DFCCIL will conduct trials of double-decker freight trains. The 'Shesha Nag' trial run on February 4th involved a train consisting of three freight wagons pulled by two locomotives, which covered a distance of 178 kilometers in 3 hours at a speed of 80 km/h. The DFCCIL project, which began in July 2016, was initially estimated to cost ₹3000 crores but eventually reached ₹5500 crores. This included ₹2500 crores for civil work, ₹1000 crores for signaling and OHE work, and ₹1200 crores for land acquisition. The new freight corridor has already started to benefit passenger trains on the Ambala-Saharanpur rail line, allowing for increased speeds and improved travel times. 50 freight trains have been shifted to the DFCCIL corridor, and the DFCCIL is planning an awareness program for local residents to inform them about the corridor.

DFCCIL ne Sahnewal se Saharanpur ke pass Pilkhni tak 14 new railway stations banaye hain. Ye stations sirf maalgadiyon ke liye hain aur 100 se zyada employees inpe duty karenge. In stations pe multi-modular logistics hubs bhi banenge. DFCCIL 'Shesha Nag' maalgadi ka ek aur trial run karne wala hai, is...

baar zyada speed ke saath. Trial run ke dauraan safety department ki team train ki performance check karegi. Iske baad double-decker maalgadiyon ka bhi trial run hoga. 4 February ko 'Shesha Nag' ka trial run hua tha, jisme 3 maalgadiyon ke dibbon ko 2 locomotives se jodkar 178 km ki distance 80 km/h ki speed se sirf 3 ghanton mein cover kiya gaya tha. DFCCIL project, jo July 2016 mein shuru hua tha, ki cost ₹3000 crore se badh kar ₹5500 crore ho gayi hai. Isme ₹2500 crore civil work, ₹1000 crore signaling and OHE work, aur ₹1200 crore land acquisition ke liye tha. New freight corridor se Ambala-Saharanpur rail line pe chalne wali passenger trains ko faida hua hai, aur unki speed badhne se travel time kam hua hai. 50 maalgadiyon ko DFCCIL corridor pe shift kiya gaya hai aur DFCCIL local residents ke liye ek awareness program banane wala hai.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
