Authorities are investigating the manager and the contracting firm for this large-scale illegal activity. They are considering taking action against them, as it is believed they have been exploiting passengers for a long time. Despite the discomfort of the pantry car and the exorbitant price, passengers chose to pay to reach their destination quickly.
