NER usually delays 22435 in it's territory, and NCR delays it further till CNB. And I don't think it's an issue with MPS.

Look at AGC bound VB, it has clocked a much better average in the same section. Even the 22415 doesn't get delayed as much as it's twin in the same stretch.

being said, the average of all the trains after Kanpur is simply amazing. And not just VBs, NCR post Kanpur is a speed heaven for all the trains. Somehow I didn't feel the same thrill in any other section, not even in GC, WCR, or NCR itself.

People debating about 22435, no one talking about how both NR and NCR give step motherly treatment to 22425.
It can arrive at ANVT at 2250 or something but NCR doesn't care. Why is there a need to overtake this VB by Varanasi one ? If you had made it fast enough no OT was needed . 22435 could trail it and still reach at time.

Because it has scheduled halt at aligarh jn. So in case it proceeds before 22435 at cnb it need to be overtaken somewhere that's how precedence work right?
