(FSI) of 4.05 and a reserve price of Rs 805 crore. In Thane, RLDA is seeking bids for a commercial tower at Thane Railway Station as part of the Station Area Traffic Improvement Scheme (SATIS). The eight-floor building will feature modern commuter facilities, including food courts, office spaces, parking, and a terrace garden. Both projects aim to improve urban spaces, create job opportunities, and enhance local infrastructure.
