Men's Union (ERMU) has criticized this bonus, stating that the minimum basic salary is actually 18,000 rupees, making the bonus amount misleading. ERMU is planning an online campaign on X (formerly Twitter) to address this discrepancy and urge the government to calculate the bonus based on the actual minimum salary, which would result in a higher bonus amount of 46,159 rupees per employee.
