The journey from Borivali West to BKC involves taking Metro Line 2A to Andheri West, then switching to Metro Line 1 at D N Nagar station, and finally boarding Metro Line 3 at Marol Naka. Fares for the journey are Rs. 30 from Borivali West to Andheri West, Rs. 30 from D N Nagar to Marol Naka, and Rs. 80 from Marol Naka to BKC. Passengers can purchase tickets, recharge smart cards, and check schedules and fares using the Mumbai Metro app. The Mumbai Metro-3 app also provides similar features.
