The Indian government has approved a ₹2642 crore project to construct a new rail-cum-road bridge in Varanasi, parallel to the existing Malaviya Bridge. ease congestion on the Varanasi-Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyaya (DDU) Junction route, which is currently heavily congested due to the transportation of goods like coal, cement, and foodgrains, as well as the growing tourism and industrial demands. The bridge will also be flood-proof and will extend for 15 kilometers on both sides of the river to prevent traffic disruptions due to floods. The project is expected to increase the existing network of Indian Railways by 30 kilometers and is in line with the Prime Minister's vision of a New India, which will make people of the region 'Atmanirbhar' by way of comprehensive development in the area, enhancing their employment/self-employment opportunities.

India ki sarkar ne Varanasi mein ek nayi rail-cum-road bridge banane ke liye ₹2642 crore ke project ko approve kar diya hai. Yeh bridge, existing Malaviya Bridge ke parallel banega aur isme bahut zyada traffic capacity hogi. Naya bridge banane mein 4 saal lag jayenge aur yeh 150 saal tak chal...

sakta hai. Is project se Varanasi-Pt Deen Dayal Upadhyaya (DDU) Junction route par congestion kam ho jayega, jo ki abhi coal, cement, aur foodgrains jaise saamaan ki transportation aur badhte tourism aur industrial demands ke karan bahut congested hai. Bridge flood-proof bhi hoga aur river ke dono taraf 15 kilometer tak extend karega, jisse floods ki wajah se traffic disruption nahi hoga. Is project se Indian Railways ka existing network 30 kilometer tak badh jayega aur yeh PM ke New India ke vision ke sath hai, jisme region ke logon ko 'Atmanirbhar' banaya jayega aur is area mein comprehensive development ki jaayegi, jisse unke employment/self-employment opportunities mein badhotteri hogi.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
