Baghel's participation in the ceremony reflects the commitment and dedication of SECR employees. The Vande Bharat train symbolizes India's commitment to innovation and domestic manufacturing under the 'Make in India' initiative. It plays a vital role in enhancing connectivity and contributing to India's economic growth, making it a significant factor in its journey to becoming the world's third-largest economy. Baghel, who received training under the Mission Karmayogi program, was part of the crew during the launch of the Bilaspur-Nagpur Vande Bharat Express on December 11, 2023.
