to steal money and jewelry from bags and briefcases. Earlier, two members of the Sansi gang were taken into remand by Yashwantpur Railway Police for questioning. The Mumbai Railway Police filed a remand application in the railway court. Odisha's Rourkela Police had come to Tatanagar to question the arrested suspects. The Tatanagar Railway Police team did not find the identified members of the Sansi gang in Haryana and returned empty-handed. However, searches in two villages led to the discovery of the locations of two named suspects in another case, who were not at home. The Railway Police team conducted raids in Rohtak, Jind, Hisar, and other areas of Haryana on Friday and Saturday to apprehend the gang members. The Railway Police is searching for five absconding suspects in theft cases registered at the Tatanagar and Rourkela Railway Police Stations. On December 15th, the Chakradharpur Division RPF Special Team apprehended Tinkoo Kumar aka Motu Hissar and Balwant aka Kala Jind from the Ispat Express at Adityapur station. Anoop Singh Rohtak and Bittu Kumar Hissar managed to escape. In February 2023, the Tatanagar GRP and RPF team apprehended Fool Kumar, Dinesh, and Pawan of the Sansi gang, while three other criminals escaped.
