with 38 women and a total of 65 employees participating. Female pilot Renu Yadav, who has driven over 100,000 kilometers, shared her experience and pride in operating trains. Train number 12308 was driven by female employees. The event was organized by Vasudev Pandey, Chief Crew Controller of Prayagraj, who thanked the women for their integral role in train operations.

mein running female staff ka samman samaroh aur suraksha sangosthi ka aayojan kiya gaya. 38 female running staff ke saath, kul 65 employees ne bhag liya. Female pilot Renu Yadav ne apna anubhav saajha kiya. 1 lakh kilometer se zyada tak kaam kar chuki Renu ne bataya ki gadi sanchaln mein garv ka anubhav karti hain. Issi kram mein, train number 12308 ka chalan female employees ne kiya. Program ka sanchalan Mukhya Crew Controller Prayagraj, Vasudev Pandey ne kiya. Vasudev Pandey ne female employees ko train sanchaln ka abhinna hissa batata hue unki bhagidari ka aabhaar jataya.
