CCTV footage, police found that Mansharam was alone when he went towards the gallery, leading them to suspect suicide. The blood-stained knife found at the scene was sent for fingerprint analysis. Mansharam was a peon at the indoor hospital and had arrived for duty around 9:30 AM. He was found around 12 PM, with his colleagues finding him injured and reporting it to the hospital's CMS. He was then taken to the hospital but was declared dead after suffering significant blood loss due to the deep knife wound on his neck. The ACP, Cant, Pawan Kumar, stated that the police investigated after receiving information about the employee's body and reviewed CCTV footage. The footage revealed that Mansharam was alone when he went towards the gallery. The area where the body was found lacked CCTV coverage. Based on the circumstances, the police suspect suicide. They also found a knife with bloodstains and initial investigations suggest it belonged to Mansharam. The knife has been sent to the forensic lab for fingerprint matching. Mansharam's son, Kailash, reported that he received a call from the hospital informing him of his father's ill health. When Kailash and his mother arrived at the hospital, they found Mansharam's body. Mansharam, who hailed from Uttarakhand's Chamoli village, lived in Ashyana Rajnikhand, Lucknow. He left home in the morning, appearing cheerful, but the family is unaware of what transpired after he arrived at the hospital. Mansharam's wife, Deveshwari, was found unconscious after seeing her husband's body. She was later stabilized by the hospital nurses.

check karne pe, police ne dekha ki Mansharam gallery ki taraf jaate hue akele the, jisse unhe suicide ka shak hai. Scene se mila khun laga chaaku fingerprint analysis ke liye bhej diya gaya hai. Mansharam indoor hospital mein chaprasi the aur subah 9:30 baje duty ke liye aaye the. Jiske jagah pe shav mila, wahaan camera nahi laga tha. Circumstances ke aadhar par, police suicide ka shak jata rahi hai. Unhe khun laga chaaku bhi mila aur shuruati jaanch mein pata chala ki yeh chaaku Mansharam ka hi tha. Chaaku ko fingerprint matching ke liye forensic lab bhej diya gaya hai. Mansharam ke bete, Kailash ne bataya ki unhe hospital se phone aaya tha jisme unhe apne papa ki tabiyat kharab hone ki batayi gayi thi. Jab Kailash aur unki maa hospital pahunche, to unhe Mansharam ka shav mila. Mansharam, jo Uttarakhand ke Chamoli village se aaye the, Lucknow ke Ashyana Rajnikhand mein rehte the. Woh subah ghar se nikle, khush the, lekin family ko pata nahi hai ki hospital pahunchne ke baad kya hua. Mansharam ki patni, Deveshwari, apne pati ka shav dekh kar behosh ho gayi thi. Hospital ki nurses ne unhe theek kiya.
