in the waiting hall of Lucknow Junction. Passengers reported AC failures on trains like the 15018, 15010 Mailani Gorakhpur Express, 15127 Kashi Vishwanath Express, and 12238 Begampura Express. Water wastage was reported on platform number 7 at Charbagh Railway Station. Passengers complained about overcrowding in general coaches of the 15707 Amrapali Express and unauthorized individuals occupying AC coaches on the 15009 Gorakhpur Mailani Express and 15010 Mailani Gorakhpur Express. Specific incidents include a passenger, Swyam Tiwari, reporting overflowing toilets on the Lucknow Mail (Train No. 12230) on June 17th, Dr. Udayraj Mishra complaining about malfunctioning coolers in the waiting hall of Lucknow Junction, and Sandeep Tiwari reporting AC failure in the 3rd AC coach of train No. 15018.
