station will improve connectivity for traders, facilitating the transportation of goods to Mirzapur and Varanasi markets and vice-versa. This will also provide cheaper goods for the district's residents and boost local development. The station is one of three new stations under construction on the Chunar-Chopan rail route as part of the Ministry of Railways' Gati Shakti scheme. The station is located 3 km from the Parmahansa Swami Adgadanand Ashram.

Isse district ke residents ko sasta saamaan bhi aasani se milega aur local development ko boost milega.
