help remove the illegal occupation, which has existed for 45 years. The hotel owner had filed a petition in the High Court against the Railway notice, but the court ruled in favor of the Railway. The Railway Engineering Department has issued a notice to demolish the hotel and used a loudspeaker to announce the demolition. This has caused alarm amongst those who have illegally occupied land around the station, as the Railway is preparing to issue notices to dozens of such occupiers under the Station Development Plan.

Bagbera Police aur District Administration ko patra dekar 45 saal purana avaidh kabza hatane mein madad mangi hai taki shantipurna tarike se atikraman hataya ja sake. Bataya jata hai ki railway notice ke khilaaf hotel owner ne High Court mein arzi di thi, jahan se railway ke paksh mein order hua hai. Iske baad, Railway Engineering Department ne hotel ko todne ki notice dene ke saath miking karaaya hai. Isse station ke aas paas railway ki zameen kabza karne walon mein hadakamp macha hai, kyuki station vikas yojana se darjnon ko notice dene ki taiyari mein hai.
