The station lacks proper parking facilities, with the general public having to park their vehicles on the rough path outside the station while reserved parking spots for officials are made of tiles. The Railway Protection Force (RPF) outpost at the station remains closed throughout the day, leaving passengers vulnerable in case of any incident. The station's first aid room, despite being equipped with a wheelchair and a sign promising assistance, is also locked and inaccessible. The lack of basic amenities and the poor condition of the station raise concerns about the well-being and safety of passengers.

Nainital, Kaanchidham, Almora, Pithoragarh, Munsyari jaise tourist spots pe jaane ke liye, yahaan pahunchne ke baad, tourists apni pahad ki yatra shuru karte hain. Station ke entrance ke liye, bajri ka rasta bana hua hai. Platform pe, kutte aur bakriyon ka kabza rehta hai. Izatnagar mandal ke PRO Rajendra Singh ka kahna hai ki yahaan Amrit Bharat Station Yojana ke antargat vikas ho raha hai. Jaldi station pe sabhi suvidhaye uplabdh hongi. Station me peene ke pani ki 10 jagah tontiyan lagi hain, jisme se sirf ek jagah pani aata hai. Platform number 2 pe, do water cooler bhi hain, lekin dono me puri din pani nahin aata hai. Is wajah se, log majboor hoke bottled water kharidte hain. Station ke bahar, rasta ukhda hua hai. Yahaan aane waale log apni gadi yahaan park karte hain. Platform pe jaane waale waqt, waiting room ke bagal me, khas logo ki parking hai. Ye tiles se bana hua hai. Station pe RPF ki chauki din bhar band rehti hai. Agar koi ghatna ho jaaye, to yaatriyon ki samasya sunne wala koi nahin hota hai. Log khud apni satarkta se yatra kar rahe hain. Station pe first aid room bana hai. Iske bahar free wheelchair aur medical assistance ka signboard laga hua hai. Parantu, us room me tala laga hua hai. Darwaze ka ek hissa tod kar, kisi ne hole kar diya hai.
