The renovation, costing ₹700 crore, includes a baggage screening system on both sides of the station, costing ₹3 crore each. Passengers will need to arrive early to complete the security check, as they will be required to proceed through a concourse and waiting hall before boarding. Announcements will be made 15 minutes before train arrival, and only then will passengers be allowed onto the platforms. The new security measures will prevent passengers from rushing to the platforms just before departure and also deter beggars and vagabonds from entering the station. The South Central Railway (SCR) is currently redeveloping three stations as world-class, including Tirupati and Nellore in Andhra Pradesh and Secunderabad in Telangana.

kyuki sirf unhi passengers ko platform par jaane diya jayega jinke pass us particular train ka ticket hoga, aur woh bhi designated time pe. ₹700 crore ki cost se hone wala yeh revamp, station ke dono taraf baggage screening system bhi laga raha hai, har ek system ₹3 crore ka hai. Passengers ko apna baggage check karne ke liye train ke departure time se pehle pahunchna hoga, kyuki unhe concourse aur waiting hall se ho kar platform tak jaana hoga. Train ke aane se 15 minute pehle announcement kiya jayega, aur tabhi passengers ko platform par jaane ki permission milegi. New security measures se passengers ko train ke departure time pe platform pe bhagne se rokne me madad milegi, aur station me beggars aur vagabonds ko aane se bhi rokne me madad milegi. South Central Railway (SCR) currently three stations ko world-class bana raha hai, jismein Andhra Pradesh mein Tirupati aur Nellore hai, aur Telangana mein sirf Secunderabad railway station hai.
