Baklol aadmi hai, Washable apron is a must if you want to enhance the life of Tracks and Sleepers.
Earlier news was the amount sanctioned and fiber apron will be installed. With in a week they changed and told bio-toilets are coming so no need of apron.
According to him "everything is in progress as scheduled". He could have been mentioned which year of Aug-Sep also.

And the irony is just when you think things are about to start, the DRM then gets transferred. A good example is the previous TVC DRM who was quite active and was able ti implement quite a few things. His response on Social media was also good. he also got transferred ion the recent reshuffle of DRM's.
