For these Perambur via diverted trains Ennore and Thondayarpettai have to be provided stoppages .
From Thondaiyarpettai passengers can be reached Chennai Eggmore via Beach station and Chennai Central via Basin Bridge easily.

Sangha was initially an SR train only , and today also majority of the seats in Sangha are filled in MAS only . So probably they are reluctant in bypassing Sangha from MAS
Sanghamitra and Bokaro express were originally MAS based trains that were extended later to SBC and ALLP. SR is unlikely to accept a bid for diversion of these trains. And in addition, these trains are the only daily trains from MAS to Patna and Dhanbad.
Bokaro was diverted via Perambur for a short time in the late 90's and that decision was met with severe protests back then, because of which the diversion was cancelled. That could also be another reason why they aren't interested in diverting these two.

Saving 90 min, is really a good thing. Hope SR will consider of diverting Sbc-Karwar night exp from Majn itself, which also will save 60-70 min.
oh ok was not aware of the same. Did not see this being highlighted in the time table. Even now in Indian rail site, it shows as Chennai arrival for March time table for GHY-TvC trains
