Comesum Food Plaza, which runs outlets in Howrah, Mughalsarai and New Delhi's Nizamuddin railway stations, will replace the Birsa Munda Food Plaza on platform 1 here....

But the thing is comesum is costly as compared to Birsa food plaza (what i have observed). In news (previously), also they themselves accepted that the prices would increase but passengers would get better quality. But Food plaza quality was also good.
Comesum in all cities wherever it is present is costly than others. To be honest, didnt find any significant difference in quality. In fact sometimes in some stations I have found the Janta meals to be better than this hi-fi outlets. Only thing about Comesum is their appearance is better, arrangements are good and have more seating space generally
Yes, I too prefer others if I get an option other than comesum (generally one gets other option). I have tried Comesum two times, once at NZM and once at DDU (erstwhile MGS), And Birsa Food Plaza 4-5 times, and in all I find that the food plaza was economical and tastier. MGS comesum food was horrible.
