Quite surprised where was the RPF and why no body informed the station master while it was in the pf. Maybe they might not have given signal to start the train in the first place if passengers would have created an issue

Yes. Station Master, all enroute RPF and on duty TTE should be held responsible. Train should not depart till all reserved passengers get in their respective coaches.

Very sad and disappointing incident with your family members and relatives. This case is quite common on week ends and long holidays in Mumbai Mangalore SF exp. Even my family got harrased till KUDAL and Kankavli as this nuisance is mostly created by passengers deboarding at these stations. It's a manace. Genuine passengers are harrased and there is no sign of RPF and TTEs through the journey and usually TTEs come in the morning in the train which departs a night before. Male passengers sit next to female passengers with confirmed berths and don't allow them to sleep comfortably which is quite awkward and unethical from my point of view. This menace is growing day by day in this train. Unreserved passengers say hum kaha jayege humne bhi paisa diya hai and all. What should we do to stop this menace?
