IR is trying to project itself as inspector & auditor for privately run trains even before its start of operation...
Any private operator will try to ensure that the train runs with full capacity.. In fact , during lean season they may REDUCE the fare of TEJAS & offer cheaper travel compare to SHT running on same route..
So it will actually be a better service at lower tariff on many days.. CNB SHT will have tough time getting travelers during lean season..

IRCTC cannot control private cattering agencies..everyday thousands and thousands of complaints from passengers against poor food quality..but nothing firm steps can be done against private cattering agencies......lets see how IRCTC controls private companies running trains....
