Demand might be valid but why were they quiet for so many years ? Jharkhand is being used by both SER and ER for freight revenues. Even if zone comes or not not much will change. Railways financial condition is already very poor and freight revenues is somehow helping them survive. Freight will continue to be given priority and it is quite unfortunate that Jharkhand has to suffer
