I recommend Indian Railways to kindly replace Shatabdi Express trains into AC Vande bharat Express whereas replace Intercity Express and Jan Shatabdi Express into NON AC Vande Bharat Express.

Non AC vande Bharat class trains are not there in IR and it's MEMU trains for short distances not exceeding 200km.

Railways have to make NON AC Vande bharat . Beacause you know that no middle class and lower class people can't afford AC trains and if Intercity and Janshatabdis get replaced by ac vande bharat then it will be a huge problem for middle and lower class people , praises will be very high ,occupancy will be low .

Intercity and Jan Shatabdi are not being replaced by VB or they are any plans of IR. For lower classes they will be AC chair cards with 108 seats in the coming years and GS coaches will be upgraded to AC GS coaches.
