Isse passengers ko pareshani ho rahi hai, khas karke Gomti Nagar Lucknow jaane wale logon ko, jinhe ab dusre saadhano ka sahara lena pad raha hai. Passengers ne station par enquiry counter na hone ki bhi shikayat ki hai, jisse train schedules ke baare mein jaankari lena mushkil ho raha hai. Local residents ne thand ke mausam aur safe travel options na hone ki bhi chinta vyakt ki hai, khas karke Lucknow jaane wale logon ke liye. Station superintendent, OP Tripathi, ne confirm kiya hai ki ye disruptions January tak jaari rahenge.
