reality is that this doesn't always happen. The article notes that on average 200 passengers per train use waiting tickets to try and secure a seat in a higher class. The Railway's regulations stipulate that passengers caught traveling in a class higher than their ticket should be removed by the Railway Protection Force (RPF) or face a fine. However, there is no provision for compensation for passengers who lose their seats due to others traveling in the wrong class. The article details the fine structure for traveling without a ticket or in a higher class, with the highest penalties applying to premium trains. Passengers are advised to complain to the TT, Train Superintendent (TS), or RPF if they encounter this problem. Complaints can also be filed through the 182 RPF control room, 139 helpline, or via Twitter. The article emphasizes that online complaints should be addressed within two hours.

passengers ko bahar nikalte hai ya fine lagte hai, par asliyat yeh hai ki yeh har baar nahin hota. Article mein kaha gaya hai ki average 200 passengers per train waiting tickets ka use karke higher class mein seat secure karne ki koshish karte hai. Railway ke rules ke mutabiq, agar koi passenger apne ticket se zyada class mein travel karte hue pakda jata hai to use Railway Protection Force (RPF) by bahar nikalna chahie ya fine lagaana chahie. Lekin, koi provision nahin hai ki passengers ko compensation mil sake agar unki seat kisi aur ke wrong class mein travel karne ki wajah se nahin milti hai. Article mein bina ticket ke ya higher class mein travel karne ke liye fine structure bataaya gaya hai, jisme premium trains par sabse zyada penalties lagti hai. Passengers ko salaah di gayi hai ki woh TT, Train Superintendent (TS), ya RPF se complain karein agar unhe yeh problem aati hai. Complaints 182 RPF control room, 139 helpline, ya Twitter ke zariye bhi file ki ja sakti hai. Article mein yeh bhi zor diya gaya hai ki online complaints ko 2 ghanto ke andar address kiya jana chahie.
