Aditya Shrivastava, travelling from Banaras to New Delhi in S-3 coach of the Banaras-New Delhi Superfast, tweeted to the DRM about the lack of water and unsanitary conditions. After this, water was refilled and cleaning was done after Prayagraj. Prince Kumar Singh, travelling from Banaras to Durg in B-7 coach of the 15160 Sarnath Express, complained about delays and lack of cleanliness. The Ahmedabad-Gorakhpur Express and 10 other trains are also facing delays.

Banaras se New Delhi jaane wali Banaras-New Delhi Superfast train ke S-3 coach mein, Aditya Shrivastava ne DRM ko tweet kiya ki coach mein pani nahi hai aur bahut ganda hai. Iske baad Prayagraj ke baad pani bhara gaya aur safai ki gayi. 15160 Sarnath Express ki B-7 coach mein Durg jaane wale Prince Kumar Singh ne 'Jagaruk Yatri' app par complaint kiya ki train pehle se hi late hai aur coach mein safai nahi hai, coach attendant bhi nahi hai. Ahmedabad-Gorakhpur Express aur 10 aur trains bhi late chal rahi hain.
