He also requested the resumption of the Dhanbad-Sindri-Gomoh Passenger and Dhanbad-Asansol Passenger trains, which were closed during the Covid-19 pandemic, and for the Tata-Swarnarekha Express to stop at Rakhitpur station. Additionally, he requested emergency quotas for tickets on a dozen trains, including the Ranchi-Kamakhya, as passengers were facing difficulties due to the unavailability of emergency quota tickets. MPs from Giridih, Chatra, and Palamau also demanded improvements in facilities for trains and stations passing through their parliamentary constituencies. After the meeting, the General Manager, AK Khandelwal, inspected the Dhanbad Railway Station and instructed to rectify any issues found in the flyover bridge, crew lobby, platforms, waiting hall, stalls, and overall cleanliness.

Unhone yeh bhi kaha ki Covid ke time mein band Dhanbad-Sindri-Gomoh Passenger aur Dhanbad-Asansol Passenger trains ko phir se chalaya jaaye aur Tata-Swarnarekha Express ko Rakhitpur station pe rok diya jaaye. Unhone yeh bhi kaha ki Ranchi-Kamakhya jaise 12 trains pe emergency quota tickets dene chahiye, kyunki passengers ko yeh quota nahin milne ki wajah se pareshani ho rahi hai. Giridih, Chatra, aur Palamau ke MPs ne bhi apne area se jaane wali trains aur stations pe suvidha badhane ki maang ki. Meeting ke baad, General Manager, AK Khandelwal, ne Dhanbad Railway Station ka inspection kiya aur flyover bridge, crew lobby, platforms, waiting hall, stalls, aur safai ke issue ko dur karne ka kaha.
