MP Pakauri Lal Kol flagged off the train on Sunday night, January 28th, after ensuring a 2-minute stop for both up and down trains. The stoppage is expected to benefit residents of the area, particularly those from Palamu in Jharkhand. Local leaders, including MP Pakauri Lal Kol, Palamu MP Vishnu Dayal Ram, and representatives from both states, were present at the station. Representatives from the Rail Roko Sangharsh Samiti also submitted a memorandum to Palamu MP Vishnu Dayal Ram regarding the rail blockade.
