The overbridge is expected to ease traffic congestion and reduce travel time for people travelling from Mirzapur to Chunar and Varanasi via Am Ghat. The event was attended by several BJP and Apna Dal leaders, including Majhwaan MLA Dr. Vinod Bind, BJP District President Brijbhooshan Singh, and Apna Dal (S) District President Ram Loutan Bind.
