The train will be operated by the Indian Railways and will have 20 sleeper coaches and 2 SLRs. The train will pass through several stations including Itarsi, Bhopal, Bina Junction, Veerangana Lakshmibai Jhansi, Govindpuri, Fatehpur, and Prayagraj. Tickets will not be available through regular booking counters but will be booked in bulk by the IRCTC. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is selecting devotees from each ward for the journey. The party has set quotas for each zone and ward and has formed a committee to oversee the selection process and the well-being of the passengers.
