question posed by 10 MPs. The occupancy rate of Vande Bharat trains during the financial year 2022-23 was 96.62%. The Railway Minister also mentioned that they do not maintain train-wise or state-wise revenue generation data for Vande Bharat trains. Additionally, the central government has implemented a centralized public grievance redress and monitoring system (CPGRAMS) where citizens can file complaints related to central government departments, state and union territories. This system is integrated with grievance portals of 19 states and union territories. Over 1.3 lakh grievance officers from the central and state governments are connected to this system.
