MD ne mangalwar ko saare state ke officers ki meeting ki. Unhone kaha ki ek hi time par ek hi route par kaafi buses na chalaaye. Isse passenger load factor badhega aur drivers ke beech aage nikalne ki competition nahi hogi. Railways ki tarah, buson ki poori information LED display par passengers ko dikhai jaayegi. Bus number, route, aur ravana hone ke time ki information continuously update hogi. Iske aalaawa, announcement system se passengers ko informed kiya jaayega. Agar bus kisi wajah se late hai, toh iski bhi information passengers ko milegi. UPSRTC ke MD, Masoom Ali Sarvar ne bataya ki passenger facility ko behtar banane ke liye continuously kaam kiya ja raha hai. Online ticketing se passengers ko suvidha hogi.
