The 20 km long Lathikata-Kalunga line will be built under the Chakradharpur division. Is line se Tatanagar route par local trains ka load kam hoga aur goods ko aasani se transport karne mein madad milegi. 20 km lambi Lathikata-Kalunga line, Chakradharpur division ke under banai jaayegi. Ye new lines 2024 tak operational hone ki ummid hai aur ye Howrah-Mumbai route par traffic ko kam karne mein madad karegi, jisse South Eastern Zone mein passenger aur freight transportation ki efficiency badhegi.
