On February 28th, a fire broke out on the Bhagalpur-bound Anga Express near Kaljhariya in Jamtara, Jharkhand. Passengers, fearing for their safety, jumped off the moving train onto the tracks, where they were struck by the Jhajha-Asansol train, resulting in 12 deaths and several injuries.
