Haque ne bataya ki Chakradharpur Railway Division mein, almost 300 Assistant Loco Pilots ko promotion mil chuka hai, lekin 33 Loco Pilots ko 'Suitable/Unsuitable' policy ka use karte hue, ab tak promotion nahi diya gaya hai. Isse Assistant Loco Pilots ko bahut nuksan ho raha hai. Unhone railway officials se is matter ko seriously consider karne ki maang ki.
