The inauguration will also include the unveiling of the One Station One Product facility at the marshalling yard, along with the inauguration of the HURL project's foundation stone, which was not placed on March 1st due to uncertainty surrounding the event. Commercial production of urea at the HURL project began on November 7th, 2023, and rail dispatch began on January 11th, 2024, following an agreement between Indian Railways and HURL management. Currently, 1.2 lakh metric tonnes of urea are being dispatched via rail, and the Dhanbad division of Indian Railways is preparing for the inauguration.
