The project is funded by the Ministry of Railways and the KfW Development Bank of Germany, with the latter providing Rs 4,561 crore. The Kanaka Line will have 19 stations, with Marathahalli and Yelahanka being elevated and the rest at-grade. It will share a common alignment with Namma Metro for 650m between Benniganahalli and Channasandra.

more... Yelahanka bhi aate hain. Iske saath hi, Corridor-2 (Mallige Line) ke liye land bhi revise kiya gaya hai, ab yeh 157.07 acres se kam ho kar 85.707 acres reh gaya hai. BSRP ka aim hai Bengaluru ke transportation problems ko solve karna, aur isme 58 stations honge, jo chaar corridors mein hain. Project ko Ministry of Railways aur KfW Development Bank of Germany fund kar rahe hain, jismein se KfW Development Bank Rs 4,561 crore de raha hai.
