The selected private company will operate the inquiry counters for three years and will be paid ₹6 crore for their services. The 18 stations included in this scheme are: Veerangana Lakshmibai Jhansi, Gwalior, Banda, Morena, Dabra, Datia, Orai, Lalitpur, Pokhrayan, Khajuraho, Chitrakut Dham Karwi, Mahoba, Orchha, Harpalpur, Tikamgarh, Chhatarpur, and Ghatampur. The private employees will be required to work 24 hours a day and will be provided with a specific dress code, similar to metro stations.
