Railways has issued new rules regarding passengers, now if you are caught doing this work in the toilet, you will go to jail with fine.

If smoking disrupts other passengers and they complain, the Railway Police can also file a case. Additionally, carrying prohibited items like gas cylinders, inflammable substances, and certain chemicals can result in a jail term of 6 months to 3 years under Section 164. Recently, Railways fined 53,000 people and collected Rs 3.52 crore for violating smoking rules in the past month.

Agar smoking se dusre passengers ko pareshani hoti hai aur unki complaint hoti hai, to Railway Police case bhi file kar sakti hai. Iske aalawa, gas cylinder, inflammable substances aur kuch chemicals jaise prohibited items ko train mein carry karne par 6 months se 3 saal ki jail ki saza bhi ho sakti hai. Iske aalawa, Railways ne pichhle ek mahine mein 53,000 logon par smoking rules todne ke liye fine lagaya hai aur 3.52 crore rupees collect kiye hain.
